Colours
Every
attempt has been made to accurately represent the colours of the
specialty papers sold at Paper Garden. Please keep in
mind each monitor will display colour images differently based
on a variety of factors. Please use the images presented
only as a guide. Ordering a sample to ensure colour
suitability is
recommended.
Ordering, Payment and Taxes
Online orders
are preferred but telephone orders and email orders are also welcome. Payment can be made by Visa,
MasterCard, American Express or your PayPal Account, all processed
through PayPal. Your credit card will be charged when the order
enters our system. PayPal protects your financial information
with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. PayPal
is a secure payment environment.
Other payment
options are Email Money Transfer, available at most Canadian
financial institutions through online banking, or by mailing a Money
Order. Processing of the order will only begin after payment
is received.

presented during the checkout process.
Orders shipped to
Ontario customers are subject to 8% PST and 5% GST. Orders
shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland / Labrador
are subject to 13% HST. Orders shipped to other Canadian
provinces are subject to 5% GST.
Shipping
Paper Garden is a
Canadian company and currently ships only to addresses in Canada.
Your order will be shipped by Canada Post according to the service
options you choose. Shipping options and charges are indicated
during the checkout process. Charges are determined by Canada Post
and are based on size and weight. Orders can take up to seven days to
process. Shipping time is one to seven days depending on your
location and the Canada Post service chosen. If you require
RUSH Service please call 519-266-4618 to inquire.
If your order can be
safely sent in an envelope and is light weight enough - less than
500 grams, thin enough - less than 20 millimeters and with overall
dimensions of less than 380 millimeters by 270 millimeters it can be
sent by Canada Post Lettermail. The maximum amount for
Lettermail shipping and handling charges is $3.75. Canada
Post's Lettermail service does not have a guaranteed delivery date
(as with Expedited Parcel, XpressPost, and Priority Courier) and the
package will not have a tracking option. Unfortunately this
option isn't available at check out. You would simply select
and pay for Expedited Parcel service and, if your order qualifies,
receive a refund when your product is shipped. If you would like to
utilize Lettermail service and be refunded a portion of the shipping
and handling charges please let us know during the checkout process
by adding a comment in the 'Additional Information' area.
Returns
We want you
to be 100% satisfied with your online shopping experience. If
you find a problem with your order please email or call for exchange
or return information and authorization number. For proper credit, items should be well
packed to avoid damage during return shipment. Please enclose
a copy of your invoice, briefly explain the reason for the return
and indicate if you would like a replacement, exchange or refund as
well as your return authorization number.
Please note:
- Returns must be in their original condition. Amounts
for any damaged sheets will be deducted from the refund.
- Custom-cut paper cannot be returned. Please ensure
your measurements are correct before ordering.
- Sample Packs & Chip Charts cannot be returned.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is
the responsibility of the customer.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Privacy Policy
We guarantee that we will not
violate your privacy. Information you provide through this
web site will not be abused, distributed or sold. None of
your personal information will appear on our web site, nor
will any of your information be provided to third parties. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not violate the
trust you place in us. You have full control of your
information, and your information can be removed from our
data base at anytime upon your request.
